INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the 1 Roof Beauty website and all related services provided by 1 Roof Beauty. By accessing this website or entering into a rental agreement with 1 Roof Beauty, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

SERVICES

1 Roof Beauty provides luxury beauty suite rental opportunities for licensed beauty professionals operating within the state of Nevada. Suite availability, pricing, and lease approval are subject to business discretion and availability.

ELIGIBILITY

All beauty professionals leasing a suite must maintain a valid Nevada professional license applicable to their service category. Proof of licensing may be required prior to approval or occupancy.

PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS

Suite pricing is determined based on suite size, location, availability, and lease term. Pricing starts at approximately $300 and up. Payment terms may include weekly, bi-weekly, or other agreed-upon payment schedules outlined in the lease agreement. Payments are due according to the agreed rental schedule.

LATE PAYMENTS

Late payments may result in additional fees, suspension of access, lease termination, or other remedies permitted under the rental agreement or applicable law.

SECOND PROFESSIONAL POLICY

Suites approximately 100 square feet are limited to one beauty professional. Larger suites may permit a second approved beauty professional for an additional weekly fee of $50. All second professionals must receive prior written approval from management and maintain valid Nevada licensing.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Yearly lease agreements may be canceled within three calendar days of signing the rental contract agreement. Six-month agreements are non-cancelable once executed.

REFUND POLICY

No refunds are provided once a rental contract agreement has been signed and executed.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Promotions, including free rental weeks or pre-leasing incentives, are temporary offers subject to change without notice. Promotional weeks may be distributed throughout the lease term and are not guaranteed consecutively.

CHILD SAFETY POLICY

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult receiving services. Children may not be left unattended on the premises at any time.

WEBSITE USE

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful code, or engage in unlawful activity through the website.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1 Roof Beauty shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, rental agreements, or business operations to the maximum extent permitted by law.

NO GUARANTEE OF BUSINESS RESULTS

1 Roof Beauty does not guarantee clientele growth, business income, or financial performance for any tenant or beauty professional.

CHANGES TO TERMS

1 Roof Beauty reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
